As Canada gets set to celebrate its 150 anniversary, we reflect on how agriculture has met the challenge of producing safe and affordable food for Canadians and a number of other countries during that time. Looking ahead to the next 150 years, Canada’s agriculture industry is up to the challenge of continuing to be adaptive and resilient to get food from the farm to the table and doing so in a way that’s good for the environment and the next generation.
